Assessment & Planning
Our team inspects each vehicle, evaluating structural integrity, size, and conversion potential. We design a custom floor plan tailored to the future recipient's needs.
Restoration & Conversion
This is where the magic happens. Our volunteers and skilled builders strip, rebuild, and transform each vehicle into a beautiful, functional living space.
Off-Grid Systems
Every home is equipped with sustainable, off-grid systems so residents can live independently without monthly utility costs.
Furnishing & Essentials
We don't just hand over an empty shell. Each home comes fully equipped with essential furnishings, kitchen supplies, bedding, and more.
Placement & Support
Qualified recipients receive their new home along with orientation and ongoing support to help them build a stable, independent life.
